I would like know if there is anyway one could justify PMO's contribution in achieving project success. Basically the metrics like resource utilization, schedule, cost etc.. are handled and maintained by the project team. So the basic question would arise as to how the PMO contributed in improving these metrics. How can you pinpoint the extent of PMO's contribution in achieving different or any of the project metrics. Do you have a way that can be measured. Please do share your thoughts.
